Smaller than your average water bottle, Pillola packs more technology than any pill dispenser on the market

Pillola authenticates the user with the fingerprint scanner.

The stepper motor rotates the pill dial in order to dispense one pill at a time. This process is repeated based on the dosage.

The pills come out at the bottom of the tray for the user to take.

ESP8266 NODEMCU

The main computer operating the Pillola device. This powers all the sensors and motors required to secure and dispense pills. This handles all the output on the controller

LED Screen to display pill amount left as well as time until next dispense cycle

28BYJ-48 STEPPER MOTOR

Locks and unlocks the top of Pillola pill bottle

4x4 Matrix Membrane Keypad

Keypad is used to override dispenser in case of an emergency to get the pills. It is also used for inputing PIN to unlock the top of the dispenser and is used to input amount of pills etc
